About the role JBS Australia is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the corporate Group Finance team in a permanent part-time capacity.
Based at Riverview, and reporting directly to the Assistant Treasurer, the key responsibility of this role is to work closely within the Accounts Payable Team to deliver efficient, accurate processing of invoices.
This opportunity will potentially suit a student who is a goal-focused, adaptable individual who enjoys working as part of a cohesive team.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Process all invoices within specified timelines ensuring appropriate authorities are in place.Respond to, and resolve, all internal and external enquiries promptly and professionally.Actively participate in team projects and look for continuous improvement opportunities.About you: Previous experience in a similar high-volume Accounts Payable role.Strong communication skills, maintaining a strong customer service focus.Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-task.Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working in a fast-paced environment.Motivated, analytical thinker, keen to contribute and refine current processes.Benefits include (but are not limited to): Retail discounts with national partners.Health insurance discounts on Bupa Health and Medibank Private.Onsite cafe and car parking.What next?
