About the roleVMCH Accounts payable team is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join this supportive team.
This full-time position reports to the AP Team Leader and is a golden opportunity to develop your AP skills.
About youYou will have 1 – 2 years of experience processing Accounts Payable invoice in a high-volume setting, you will have excellent attention to detail and highly accurate data input skills.
Your customer service and communication skills will be top notch, you will be managing the queries from vendors and internal managers and working to resolve issues.
Skills and experience Proven work experience in an accounts payable or similar roleProficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and medium/large scale accounting softwareExcellent numeracy skillsPrior experience handling high volume invoicesAbility to take initiative and to work independentlyAn understanding of GST and other financial legislative requirements impacting on the accounts payable functionStrong written and verbal communication Skills and experience desirable Strong Commitment to customer serviceBe efficient and well-organisedHave excellent attention to detailDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience working with Epicor, Docstar and Arm If you have the skills and experience OR the willingness to learn Apply Now.
