Role Summary Join our friendly Finance Team in Scania Australia's head office based in Campbellfield.
Job Responsibilities What you will do This role is responsible for the administration and management of invoices whilst ensuring payments are processed in an efficient manner.
You will be responsible for; • Ensuring invoices are processed, flowed and paid within the creditors agreed terms • Supplier creation and management • Administration of the Basware and Fraedom systems • Responding to queries in relation to processing of invoices, payments and EOM procedures • Checking payments submitted to the bank and ensuring details are correct Who you are To be successful as an Accounts Payable Officer within our organisation, we believe that you will have prior accounts payable experience, general accounting knowledge and exposure to Procure to Pay systems.
You will have good computer literacy with experience using MS Office and data entry into a centralized system.
Previous experience in customer service / support roles would be highly beneficial.
