Purpose As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will be the unsung hero of the Finance Department.
Your mission: to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Shared Services Accounts Payable Team, playing a fundamental role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions and record-keeping.
Primary Responsibilities Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems or spreadsheets Help manage ledgers and journals, categorise transactions, and ensure that financial data is well-organised and accessible Reconcile bank statements with financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies Assist in tracking and categorising expenses Provide administrative support to the finance department Skills and Experience Previous experience within Accounts Payable with strong analytical and numerical skills Thrives in a high volume invoicing environment Deep understanding and confidant in using Microsoft Excel Masters the art of excellent verbal and written communication, with a keen attention to detail Effective time management abilities, to handle workload and meet strict deadlines ALL Heartist Membership -Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!
