There are also conveniently placed 24-hour unmanned fuel stop locations, and extensive lubricant facilities through our network region that constantly allow you to stay on the go.The roleWe are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer superstar. This is a Full-time permanent position and working as part of an awesome team.The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, reconciliation and payment of accounts whilst ensuring that nominated authority limits are adhered to.The Accounts Payable Officer will perform day-to-day administrative duties, providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, accurate processing and reporting functions.Reporting to the Group Purchasing Officer, your key responsibilities will include:Administration of all accounts payable processesAssist with month end processes, including statement processing and credit card reconciliationsLedger account reconciliationsGeneral administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and answering the phoneOther duties as required by the Group Financial ControllerEnsure effective and honest customer relations are maintainedAbout youAt least 12 months experience in an Accounts Payable positionCertificate in Business (Administration) or similarAbility to implement and complete activities on time and to budgetSelf-motivated, high level of initiative and good co-ordination skillsPractical and outcome focusedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHow to applyTo apply, send your up-to-date resume and cover letter introducing yourself, why you are interested and how your skills and experience align to the position requirements.The successful candidate will be required to provide a current national police check.Applications close Sunday 8th December 2024 however will be reviewed on receiptBonney Energy is committed to establishing a culture that is inclusive, diverse, and compassionate.
