Bring your superstar Accounts Payable and efficient Administration experience to this permanent role with one of Canberra's local businesses!
You will be responsible for:
Processing and reconciling vendor invoices accurately and promptly,
Verifying invoice accuracy, coding, and compliance with company policies,
Ensuring timely recording of payables in the accounting system,
Preparing and scheduling of vendor payments within agreed-upon terms,
File all associated accounts paperwork and
General administration.
You will ideally hold:
Previous Experience in Accounts Administration, particualry across Accounts Payable and
Experience in the construction/trades industry.
First Aid Certificate, Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention, Course in Asbestos Awareness and a General Construction Induction Card preferred.
