We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer in our Canberra offices. This role will be responsible for providing high quality services and achieving efficiencies. Directly engaged in the operations of the business, the role is accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery. Key responsibilities will include:Distribution of daily mail, coding invoices, check and confirm bank reconciliations, lease outgoing reconciliations, etc.Handle phone and email enquiries in an effective and efficient manner, liaise with the AP team.Maintain and monitor accounts payable for designated clients.Assist Finance Administrator with client reporting and other ad hoc tasks.Ensure void cheques are actioned according to finance guidelines.Provide a high level of customer service to the clients, third parties and other staff members.Maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail and you will manage a designated mailbox for accounts payable. About you ...
