Accounts Payable Officer

The ClientOur Client is a leader of sustainable indigenous community development in the lower Gulf region where our people are self-determined and empowered to take control of country, culture and their economic future.Your Opportunity:Under direction and supervision from the Finance Officer, the role of Accounts Payable Officer will support the overall financial functions of the Corporate Services unit and ensure accurate and timely processing of the accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Process and maintain creditors and debtors systems on a weekly/periodic basis, including reconciliations using accounting software.Process Supplier Invoices and maintain up-to-date records of all current and new assets purchased.About You Competency in MYOB Bookkeeping or similar like XERO.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Experience with IT Systems.A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.To ApplyApplications in Word format should be forwarded to us by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
