RPS is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer with excellent attention to detail and time management skills to join our finance team based in Fortitude Valley.
If you are an accounts payable officer, an experienced administrator looking to embark on a new challenge in a high performing close knit finance team or a current/recent graduate looking to gain some experience this role could be for you.Your ImpactAs an Accounts Payable Officer and a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for:Accurately coding and processing high volume invoices on a daily basisRecord keeping and Ad-hoc reportingDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersAdding and maintaining accurate vendor informationPreparing payment runs – EFT, BPay and international paymentsAbout YouLike our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

You have great interpersonal skills which assist you to build and maintain strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years accounts payable experience, however we are also keen to hear from anyone with high attention to detail, willingness to learn and data entry or administration experience.
