Permanent, Part Time | 22.8 hours per week $30.01 - $34.11 (depending on experience and qualifications) About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer for our PCYC Finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining administration & financial registers, systems and processes.
This position has the flexibility to be based at our Zillmere or Hills District Clubs.

Access to our corporate health plan with HCF, offering very competitive and comprehensive health insurance products Your New Role You will be responsible for checking and coding invoices to the general ledger, processing supplier payments, credit card expense claims, out of pocket expense claims, petty cash, supplier and statement reconciliations.
Assist with end of month reporting, filing and data entry.

About You Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance and Administration role including supplier reconciliation experience Demonstrated experience in working with an ERP system, preferably TechnologyOne Current Driver's Licence to travel to PCYC Branches if required.
