Attractive hourly rate - $50/hour + superWork for a leading mining organisation3 month contract Attractive hourly rate - $50/hour + superWork for a leading mining organisation3 month contractBrisbane CBD LocationThe situation:Stellar is currently looking for experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our mining client in Brisbane CBD on a 3 month contract.Duties:Process all invoices and ensure they follow the correct workflow into the accounting systemMaintain a logged invoice report for all outstanding invoicesInvestigate outstanding invoices and liaise with the business to resolve discrepancies that may be holding up invoice paymentEnsure timely payments to suppliers to maintain strong supplier relationshipsLiaise with suppliers regarding outstanding accounts and conduct monthly supplier reconciliationsComply with all policies, standards and proceduresProvide support to the wider finance teamAbout You:Experience in full function accounts payable ( 2-3 years )SAP experience highly regardedHigh attention to detail and proven experience in high volume environmentsNext Steps:Lets discuss!
