Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Officer ready to hit the ground running? We have an immediate opening for a short term contract role, within a client's finance team, operating within the leisure sector.
The role is available due to a system implementation backfill, and is suited to somebody who is available to work full time hours between Monday – Friday in Southbank.
About the Role
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will manage the full spectrum of accounts payable functions with precision and efficiency. Your role will involve processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Familiarity with the D365 / Business Central is critical.
Key Responsibilities Process and manage a high volume of invoices and payments;Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies;Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records;Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies; andCollaborate with various departments to streamline processes.Requirements Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer;Proven D365 / Business Central experience;Strong attention to detail and accuracy;Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;Excellent communication and organisational skills; andCommitment to contract term.Other
