Business Support Officer - Accounts Payable AO3 ASAP Start 5 weeks + possible extension $49.40 + super per hour Queensland State Government Cannon Hill Work close to home | close to public transport The Role Our client is currently seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join their Accounts Payable team for an initial five-week period. Your duties will include: High volume accounts payable invoice processing High level data processing with fast and accurate data entry skills Use of Adobe Pro, Outlook and Excel Customer service and stakeholder engagement via email and phone You The successful candidates will have fast and accurate data entry with a minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume data entry or accounts payable role. You will be able to demonstrate the following: High attention to detail and adaptable with the different types of documents being processed within a high-volume area Proven data entry experience with the ability to gain understanding of information being processed so errors are eliminated or reduced Experience in the use of Adobe Pro and Excel Excellent communication skills Ability to do repetitive work Must be able to show initiative and be able to work in a team environment Apply To be considered for this position, please apply below with your CV and cover letter in Microsoft Word format.
