Accounts Payable Officer

RPS is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer with excellent attention to detail and time management skills to join our finance team based in Fortitude Valley. If you are an accounts payable officer, an experienced administrator looking to embark on a new challenge in a high performing close knit finance team or a current/recent graduate looking to gain some experience this role could be for you.
Your Impact As an Accounts Payable Officer and a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for:Accurately coding and processing high volume invoices on a daily basisRecord keeping and Ad-hoc reportingDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersAdding and maintaining accurate vendor informationPreparing payment runs – EFT, BPay and international paymentsAbout You Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You have the confidence to take the initiative to solve problems. You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done. You have great interpersonal skills which assist you to build and maintain strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years accounts payable experience, however we are also keen to hear from anyone with high attention to detail, willingness to learn and data entry or administration experience. Students undergoing a finance qualification are also welcome to apply. Training and support provided with an opportunity to progress.
You will also have Excellent investigative skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines;Recent experience with Oracle is desirable;Solid computer literacy skills including experience using the Microsoft suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
