Accounts Payable Officer (Permanent Part Time 25 – 38 hours per week)Process Services is a Bendigo based stainless steel welding and fabrication specialist who provides custom fabrications to organisations nationally.To support the growth within our business and help take our business to the next level, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for 25 – 38 hours per week.Your New Role:Accounts Payable/ Accounts ReceivableEntering & Updating Job information using workflow Job management software eg Labour hours and MaterialsAssist with the management of Payroll process including payslips & leave accrual.General administration including reception duties, such as answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries, Filing, Ordering of uniforms and stationary.What you will need to succeed:Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Experience in Accounts payable function, ideally within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential.Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software and experience in reporting from workflow job management systems such as Simpro or Aroflo would be advantageous.Be a pro-active, hands-on person with the ability to prioritise effectively, ensuring that all deadlines are met (Multi-task).Excellent attention to detail skills.Enjoy working in a small but busy team.Salary negotiable based on experience.If this sounds like you, please submit your résumé with a covering letter in MS Word format.
