About the Role This position is responsible for processing and payment of supplier invoices.
You will liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that invoices are correct and paid on time, ensuring that all payments are processed in accordance with instructions.
You will prepare and process weekly EFT batches and ad hoc payments, and maintain and update the vendor database.
What You Will Bring: You will be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Your positive attitude and interpersonal skills will complement your ability to manage tasks and engage with various stakeholders across the organisation.
You will have previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
In addition to this, you will have: Certificate IV in Business Finance, Administration, or relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a similar position.
Demonstrated experience in using accounting software and databases.
Demonstrated excellent attendance, time management, and organisational skills.
Experience using ACCPAC or SAGE is highly desirable.

We offer: A base salary of $66,333 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + meal entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include: District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents.
5 weeks annual leave and leave loading, 18 days personal leave; Paid Christmas close down; Upon completion of 12 months of service, an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2,961.
