About the opportunity This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly finance team while developing your career in a diverse and rewarding business.
What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance role within a large organisation, managing large volumes of data;Demonstrated experience in using Accounts Payable technology;Demonstrated experienced in managing multiple systems concurrently;Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment;High level of accuracy and attention to detail;Effective time management and organisational skills;Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat;High level of written and verbal communication;Proven ability to manage electronic and paper financial records;Ability to quickly learn new systems and software and respond effectively to change to adopt a flexible and innovative approach;Ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders;Solid understanding of general ledger coding and account structures. While not essential, highly desirable: Demonstrated experience processing accounts payable in Microsoft Dynamics BC, MYOB and Xero.
