Looking for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Administration to join our client's team on the Gold Coast!Your new companyOur client is looking for a self-motivated and organised individual to join their Gold Coast office and provide integral support to the accounting department. Our client is a quickly growing company in need of an accounting assistant to manage the payable process and provide additional support with daily accounting operations.Your new roleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will be doing both the accounts and administration functions for this organisation. You will be responsible for accounting functions such as:Assist the Finance Manager & Financial Accountant with day-to-day operations,Organising and filing incoming/outgoing financial correspondence,Manage tenant invoicing as necessary,Recording transaction details and supporting documentation into NetSuite for ANZ entities as appropriate,Involvement in accounts payable process - invoice payments and reconciliations,Assist in preparing requested documentation for the annual audit and tax return preparation,Regular interaction with US accounting and finance team,Provide other financial and administrative support as necessary,The ability to assist in various projects, as necessary.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience in a similar role will see you succeed in this role. You will be confident in your ability, be able to multitask, handle pressure, have a high attention to detail and work autonomously to get the job done. To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as an Accounts Payable Officer within a medium to large sized company and have a high work ethic. Key skills will include:Demonstrated experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable rolePossess a customer service focus and display professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all timesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS ExcelWell-developed communicationsWhat you'll get in returnYou will be working for a leader in their field based centrally on the Gold Coast.
