Accounts Payable Officer | Construction

ATLAS Recruitment are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to join a multi-national construction company in the North West of Sydney.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, as well as the setup of new projects, entering client and project budgets and the maintenance of our subcontractors/suppliers in Procore software. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry and possess strong analytical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and process subcontractor's/supplier invoicesEnsure all payment requests are processed accurately and within the SOPA guidelinesAssist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reportingPrepare subcontracts and maintain records within docusignMaintain accurate records of all financial transactionsSetup new projects and enter client/project budgetsPerform other tasks as required by the Financial ControllerSkills RequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industryExperience using Procore or similar construction softwareStrong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy and fast-paced environmentBe proactive and a team playerStrong initiative and willingness to help othersAbility to liaise effectively and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersEnjoy collaborating with team members across the organisation and have a bit of fun along the wayWhat's on Offer:Structured learning, development and career management programsEmployee social eventsVibrant and Dynamic officeHow to apply:For any questions relating to this role please click apply.
