Job Description About the Role

Due to team expansion, the finance team of 4 is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to join the team. You will use JOBPAC and report into the Senior Accountant and company leaders.
Your duties will include:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures- high volumes of invoicing Paying vendors and respond to all finance related queries Liaising with internal contacts and suppliers to ensure payments are made efficiently and accurately Manage all subcontractor payments, claims & contracts including ensuring necessary insurances are valid prior to work commencement Continuous improvement of payment processes Support the creditor function Assist the wider Finance Team across adhoc requests & duties This role is a permanent role and for the right candidate the client is open to various working arrangements to suit your needs, such as full time, school hours, part-time etc. About You
For success within this role, my client is looking for;
2+ years minimum have recent experience in a similar role Construction industry experience preferred Experience within a high volume, accounts payable role Strong ability to work autonomously Impeccable communication skills - Both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and data entry skills JOBPAC experience is preferred Remuneration & Benefits
