We are looking for a talented Accounts Payable professional to join the largest employer and health care provider in East Gippsland in this fantastic position. The position: The Accounts Payable Officer will provide various accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. These will include the processing and monitoring of payments and expenditures, coordinating the authorisation of invoices and payment to suppliers within established time limits and accurate coding and entry of expenditures. Key criteria required: 12 months' experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting A good knowledge of Accounts Payable and general accounting procedures High level of organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks. Experience using computerised accounting systems. Competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products, in particular Excel and Outlook.
