What you'll do: Coordinate Accounts Payable and Inter company functions for Australian businesses.Ensure payments are made in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.Handle affiliate (non-trade) inter company and Credit/Debit Note accounting, settlement and reconciliation.Manage relationships with outsourced Accounts Payable providers.What you bring: Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance.CPA or CA qualification is desirable.Minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role in a large organisation.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Adaptable to change, motivated self-starter with positive attitude to problem solving and teamwork.High level of personal organisation with the ability to manage time effectively.Proficiency in Excel and a working knowledge of main Microsoft applications.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
