Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses rely on Superloop and Exetel everyday for their connectivity needs.Visit www.superloop.com to learn more.Job DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for Superloop's accounts payable process, ensuring that suppliers are paid accurately and on time.What will you do?Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all invoices and expenses.Credit card expense administration.Processing supplier and staff payments.General Accounts Payable and general accounting duties.Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, banks, employees, systems providers and clients.Any other duties as directed.The ideal candidate will have:1-2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.Highly organised with strong multitasking skills including demonstrated ability to satisfy competing demands and deadlines.Ability to problem solve and think broadly.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to learn new procedures and processes, and adaptable to change.Proactive nature to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Ability to learn new systems quickly.Netsuite experience desired but not essential.What can we do for you?We pride ourselves on creating a fun, casual and relaxed environment.
