You will ensure that vendor invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Your role will involve end-to-end management of the accounts payable function, including processing invoices, preparing payments, reconciling balances, reviewing supplier statements, and liaising with stakeholders. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring there are no discrepancies in suppliers' invoices.End-to-end management of the accounts payable functionProcessing invoices, matching, coding, and data entryPreparation and processing of both local and international paymentsReconciliation of vendor aged creditors balancesReviewing and reconciling supplier statementsEnsuring there are no discrepancies in supplier's invoicesSetting up online banking payments correctlyLiaising with all key stakeholders and suppliers to resolve discrepanciesProcessing regional and off-site expense/petty cash reimbursementsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Accounts Payable Officer role brings a wealth of experience in high-volume accounts payable roles. You possess a high level of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel, and have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly regarded.
