Accounts Payable Officer- 3 Month Contract

Leading Hospitality Group Flexible hybrid working $350 - 375 per day My client is a leading luxury accommodation and hospitality group in Melbourne.
They are looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for an initial 3-month period to assist the team through a busy period.
You will be responsible for: Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices / payments for all business entities.
Process cheque, EFT, telegraphic transfers and payments.
Distribute various forecasts and reports to the finance team relating to the Accounts Payable function.
Ensure approvals are completed with respect to corporate credit cards and expense management system.
Ensure strong relationships are maintained with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure internal controls are maintained and enhanced with respect to the Accounts Payable department.
Requirements: Proficient in core end-to-end Accounts Payable duties.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for finance/numbers with excellent data entry skills.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite PeopleSoft experience desirable This is commencing in a 3 month contract and requires an immediate start based in Melbourne CBD.
