Accounts Payable Officer - 2 Days Per Week

The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities: Process and verify invoices for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare and process payment runs, including checks and electronic transfers. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries related to invoices and payments. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Role Located: Fairfield, NSW
Roster: 2 days per week.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
