We are excited to offer the role of Group Account Payables Manager.This role will be responsible for managing the end to end Group Accounts Payable function for Australia and New Zealand.This role involves people management with a strong ask to lead and drive process and change management for our Accounts Payable operations. In line with our company's hybrid work policy, this role is required to go to two of our work sites in Surry Hills Office (2 times) and Warriewood (1 time) each week.Further to this, Blackmores is due to undertake a systems and process transformation across core finance and resource management systems, which this role will be deeply involved in.Responsibilities include: Manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring great customer service and payments to suppliers are accurate and timely.Provide accurate monitoring of open supplier balances, GL reconciliations, working capital reporting, cash flow forecasting and developing and monitoring KPI's (performance management).Lead in any Accounts Payable future projects, including integrating other Blackmores' businesses, and leading future Accounts Payable ERP implementation.People coaching and leadership, ensuring the team are high performing and motivated to achieve Group Finance goals.Identify and drive process and system improvement relating to Accounts Payable.Develop Accounts Payable BI reports to provide visibility on working capital metrics, open actions and aged or high-risk balances.What we offer?Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave.20 weeks gender neutral paid parental leave.Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products.Mental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program.Who are you?Strong working experience in Accounts Payable function coupled with previous people management experience.Strong problem solver and solution focused individual to identify areas of improvement and execute the necessary improvements.Prior knowledge and experience of using Business System applications (JDE & SAP), Credit Card Management System (Flexipurchase) will be useful.Possess relevant knowledge and experience in GST, FBT administration & compliance, and delegation of authority management.Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage, with extensive reach across Asia Pacific.
