Your Role: Accounts Payable Officer As a crucial part of our Finance Team, you'll be the go-to person for managing all things accounts payable. Your keen eye for detail will help ensure smooth financial operations, while your ability to juggle tasks will keep everything on track in our busy, energetic environment. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Key Responsibilities: Get Things Moving: You'll manage and process invoices with speed and accuracy, keeping everything running smoothly and on time. Collaborate with Vendors: Build strong relationships with our suppliers, making sure our accounts are in perfect harmony and resolving any issues that pop up along the way. Stay Organised: From entering invoices to reconciling accounts, your precision will help keep our financial house in order. Improve as We Grow: We're growing fast, and we want you to be a part of our continuous improvement process, helping us find better ways to do what we do. What We're Looking For: Experience: You've got at least 4 years in accounts payable or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced industry like ours. Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with accounting software and know your way around Excel like a pro. Attention to Detail: Nothing gets past you. Accuracy is your middle name! Team Player: You're great at working with others and can handle the fast pace with a smile. Problem-Solver: When issues arise, you're ready to tackle them and find solutions.
