We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our great team. The position is working in a dynamic team where the workload is high volume but rewarding.
Responsibilities: Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling and processing work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Maintaining records Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing payments Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports Continuing to improve the payment process High volume invoice processing Reconciliation of vendor statements and General Ledger accounts Responding to internal and external queries Analyse, identify and resolve invoice related issues Cover other duties when staff are on leave Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager About You: Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail and ability to check facts accurately (essential). Tech-savvy and ease in picking up new systems. Ability to work collaboratively when necessary (essential). Work well under pressure. Honest, reliable and punctual. Why Join Us?
