About your new job

Working in a team and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for:

Processing high volume of invoicesHandling and resolving supplier queriesSupplier reconciliationsProcessing staff expenses and handling petty cashProcessing payments – local and overseasAd-hoc administrative tasks as required
About You

You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who can work autonomously and manage vendors.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a proven track record of the following:
Previous experience in a similar position especially supplier reconciliationsGreat communication skills and the ability to build relationshipsExposure to large ERP SystemsKnowledge of Excel
