The Footscray High School will comprise two junior 7-9 campuses and a senior 10-12 campus (from 2022).

Role Range 3 is distinguished by the introduction of management responsibility and accountability for the delivery of professional support services.
The role will usually impact beyond the work area or professional field.
It seeks to gain cooperation of other staff members or members of the school community to achieve specific objectives, such as in school administration, operations or educational programs.
Direction on targets and goals is provided but the position will have some degree of latitude in determining how they are achieved.
This latitude will generally be limited by standard procedures and school policy.
Deviation from standard procedures and school policy will require guidance and direction from senior management.
Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process approved orders, invoices authorised for payment and credit notes on CASES21.
Raise Purchase Orders on Compass as requested, maintain creditors and sundry debtors in CASES21, data entry for invoicing.
Reconciliations (including purchasing cards).
Pay accounts via approved payment methods (Commbiz).
Ensure goods and services invoices are accompanied by an approved Purchase Order before processing of Creditor invoice.
Follow up outstanding orders, invoices and creditor enquiries.
Assist staff with any enquiries.
Ensure, where necessary, the FBT Hospitality Expenses Approval Form is attached.
Update and maintain Creditor and Sundry Debtor details in CASES21.
Assist the maintenance of accurate and relevant financial information in CASES21 and Compass.
Facilitating stocktake of assets for external Audit in conjunction with Business Manager.
Oversee the entry of assets in CASES21 Finance and write off assets as required in conjunction with the Principal.
Myki - maintain the Myki cards (including topping up), record their use, oversee the provision and return of cards to and from staff as needed.
CASES21 - assist with end of month/year end.
Keys and key register.
Cabcharge - Monitor.
Mobile phone - Manager - Register.
Manage CSEF applications and allocations.
State Schools' Relief application and allocations.
Procurement Ensure school complies with DET Procurement Policies.
Negotiate and manage school contracts.
Manage the contractual process for businesses employed by the school.
General Administration Ensure the provision of a range of administrative support functions for the Principal and teaching staff.
Provide administrative support to external service providers as required.
Provide required level of administrative support for school events, functions and projects.
Implement induction programs for new staff, volunteers and other workers to the school.
Records Management Oversee the school's records management systems.
Ensure staff are producing and storing records in accordance within DET and school guidelines.
Other Manage and direct the preparation of annual budgets and regular financial statements and contribute to the financial decision making of the school.
Prepare funding submissions for the leadership team and school council.
Direct the accounting processes of the school and ensure that all funds, including school investments, are effectively accounted for according to Treasury regulations.
Provide advice to staff on spending against budget in respect to faculties, programs and other school projects.
Administer government grants and other school income.
Manage fund raising activities.
