We are seeking an energetic, dynamic and experienced accounts professional to join our team based at our Head Office in Bayswater, Victoria.
We aim to start the successful Applicant as soon as possible.  What is the main role? This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable to assist with all data entry for our creditor purchase invoices through to reconciling, as well as support for Accounts Receivable including processing debtor sales invoices and other general accounting functions as required. 
Accounts Payable: Processing Supplier Invoices approx. 50-80 invoices per dayReconcile supplier statements Analyse, identify and resolve invoice-related issuesSupplier database management within 2 systems Management of subcontractor files, insurances & licences etc.Reconciliation of credit card statements and expensesElectronic filing of all account's documentation Follow up account queries via phone and email Accounts Receivable: Processing sales invoices via our internal management systemAnalyse, identify and resolve invoice-related issuesCustomer database management within 2 systems Management of our insurances with our clientsCredit card paymentsDebt collectionsAnswer account queries via phone and emailAccounts General: Assist with the day-to-day duties of the Accounts departmentOther ad-hoc administration and accounts processes as required What skills and knowledge do you need? Intermediate level of experience required in:
