Accounts Payable - Hobart

We are urgently looking for three suitable candidates for the temporary position of Account Payable.
Shift : Mon to Fri - 9 am to 5 pm.
Pay : $42.74
Position 1: Start immediately until 29 November 2024.
Position 2: Start immediately until 28 February 2025.
Position 3: Start immediately until 30 March 2025.
The key duties of the role include:
Create and maintain Vendors in Navision / Eftsure including bank account detailsReconcile Vendor accounts with StatementsUpload invoices into NavisionPayment run - EFTProcess open invoices and creditsCode purchase invoices for the Finance DivisionDepending on capability, candidates could also gradually move onto more complex tasks such as:
