ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join a reputable Commercial Fit-Out firm with offices in the heart of Sydney CBD. Their team works across a broad array of disciplines including Commercial, Industrial, ResidentialReporting to the Finance Manager, you will work alongside and be responsible for all aspects support including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end tasks and payroll processes. This role will also include maintaining adequate filing systems and providing customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the systems and procedures relating to the processing and management of accounts payable systems and reporting, ensuringthat these functions are operating effectively and efficiently, and that the functions are completed on a timely basis. Manage accounts payable function including monitoring productivity, accuracy and quality in processing vendor invoices and claims. Process EFT payments ensuring they are being made in accordance with payment terms and policies. Manage the accounts payable systems and related processes ensuring that systems are maintained, process documentation is complete,appropriate and up-to-date. Manage and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as required. Ensure the complete and accurate processing of invoices and credit notes, employee reimbursements and retentions reimbursements arebeing made within their terms & conditions. Ensure that creditor statements are being reconciled on a regular basis and reconciling items are cleared promptly. Oversee procedures relating to management and maintenance of the vendor database including the processing of new vendor requests. Act as the contact point for engagement with the Accounts Payable function across the organisation.
