About the Role Join our team at Monford Group as an Accounts Payable (AP) professional, with flexible hours available! Whether you're looking for school hours (9AM-3PM) or full-time, this role is the perfect fit.
You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable ledgers. From setting up new suppliers and processing invoices in the ERP system to ensuring timely payments, you'll be the go-to expert for all things AP.
In this role, you'll be: Executing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable for our construction projectsAccurately setting up new suppliers and recording their invoicesMaking sure suppliers are paid on timeWorking with suppliers and internal teams to sort out any invoice or payment discrepanciesOwning the month-end close process for the Payables LedgerReconciling all bank accounts like a finance whizSupporting the finance team with month-end processes and handling weekly/ad-hoc paymentsAnalysing and reporting on AP results, including creditor agingRoster: Monday – Friday
Location: Monford Head Office, Perth
Flexible hours: 9AM-3PM (school hours) or full-time!
