About the Role
You'll be an essential part of keeping our finances on track, handling the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable ledgers. From setting up new suppliers & ensuring accurate invoice processing in the ERP, to making sure payments go out on time, you'll be the go-to person for all things AP.
In this role, you'll be:
Executing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable for our construction projects
Accurately setting up new suppliers and recording their invoices
Making sure suppliers are paid on time
Working with suppliers and internal teams to sort out any invoice or payment discrepancies
Owning the month-end close process for the Payables Ledger
Reconciling all bank accounts like a finance whiz
Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and handling weekly/ad-hoc payments
Analysing and reporting on AP results, including creditor aging

About You
We're looking for someone with:
Minimum of 12 months experiencein an accounts payable or accounts receivable role.
Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
