We're dedicated to your development and career advancement because your success is our success.About the RoleYou'll be an essential part of keeping our finances on track, handling the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable ledgers. From setting up new suppliers & ensuring accurate invoice processing in the ERP, to making sure payments go out on time, you'll be the go-to person for all things AP.In this role, you'll be:Executing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable for our construction projectsAccurately setting up new suppliers and recording their invoicesMaking sure suppliers are paid on timeWorking with suppliers and internal teams to sort out any invoice or payment discrepanciesOwning the month-end close process for the Payables LedgerReconciling all bank accounts like a finance whizSupporting the finance team with month-end processes and handling weekly/ad-hoc paymentsAnalysing and reporting on AP results, including creditor agingRoster:
