Job Description
Your new opportunity :
Joining our vibrant accounts payable team, you'll work in an accounts payable in a full time, permanent role. You'll be made to feel welcome and form an integral part of the team and business, ensuring payments are processed nationwide.
Duties and responsibilities include :

Record and PO match local and foreign supplier invoices into the AP system.
Follow up on a regular basis on all pending invoices and process.
Supplier statement reconciliation.
Internal and external emails and phone enquiries.
Organise weekly and monthly EFT payments to suppliers.
International transfers to overseas suppliers.

About you :

You'll have 3 years of experience in full function accounts payable role to be able to hit the ground running.
Have intermediate Excel skills to filter and manage reports.
Fantastic communication skills. In the role you'll talk to people from all walks of life and at all levels.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the drive to meet deadlines.
