Accounts Payable Clerk

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an experienced, motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our friendly team in Subiaco.

The Role The successful applicant must possess a proven track record in Accounts Payable, computer literacy skills, excellent attention to detail, and willingness to take on new tasks.
The Accounts Payable role will include, but is not limited to:
Matching purchase orders with invoicesObtaining appropriate levels of approval on all invoicesProcessing invoices into the systemDaily, Weekly and Monthly EFT paymentsAccurate allocation of invoices to correct GL accountsManage vendor enquiries in relation to outstanding accountsEnd of Month requirementsAd hoc projectsIn addition, you must have the ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Ideally, you will have worked in the automotive industry and have experience using the ERA DMS.
