The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work in our Melbourne office. As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will display a willingness to learn and provide support to the Accounts Payable team.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Staff reimbursements – processing and payment; Daily payment runs – creating cheques and EFTs; Following up internal and supplier queries; Processing office related invoices; and Liaising with internal departments. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, accurate data entry skills along with a client service focus. To be successful you will have some administrative experience and/or are an accounting of finance graduate. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
