Job Description
Your new opportunity : Joining our vibrant accounts payable team, you'll work in an accounts payable in a full time, permanent role.
You'll be made to feel welcome and form an integral part of the team and business, ensuring payments are processed nationwide.
Duties and responsibilities include : Record and PO match local and foreign supplier invoices into the AP system.Follow up on a regular basis on all pending invoices and process.Supplier statement reconciliation.Internal and external emails and phone enquiries.Organise weekly and monthly EFT payments to suppliers.International transfers to overseas suppliers.About you : You'll have 3 years of experience in full function accounts payable role to be able to hit the ground running.Have intermediate Excel skills to filter and manage reports.Fantastic communication skills.
