Accounts Payable Clerk

Today we boast 83+ stores, consisting of a combination of traditional convenience and convenience petroleum.After an extended period of growth, we are looking for an excited, energised team member to join our finance team based in Cairns. The role involves accounts payable & data entry across a portfolio of businesses including NightOwl Convenience, Think Commercial, Benson Hotel, and Regus Serviced Offices.Working alongside an experienced team, you will be focused on data entry of accounts payable and assisting with payroll. The role also has a variety of administrative duties to assist the finance team in achieving the company's goals.ResponsibilitiesHigh volume data entry of operational and stock invoicesReconciliation of supplier statements and actioning follow up of unreconciled invoices/creditsContributing to key process improvement projects as requiredProvide assistance to the Financial Controller as and when requiredSkills and Experience requiredAble to pick up new systems and processes quicklyGood interpersonal skills and enjoys being part of a teamAbility to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailReliability and flexibility to work within a changing environmentProficiency in ExcelA collaborative team member with a high level of personal drive and self-motivationIf this sounds like you, please send your CV with a covering letter to ****** note, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
