Accounts Payable & Billing Team Lead | Parramatta We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join a leading building and construction materials company in the position of Accounts Payable and Billing Team Leader located in Parramatta, NSW. The key focus of this role will be to ensure prompt and accurate processing of all invoices, scanning and billing in accordance with business processes. As the Accounts Payable and Billing Team Leader, the key focus areas that you will be concentrating your efforts on include: Manage and motivate a team of 7 that are involved in Accounts Payable Investigations, Docket scanning and completions. Overseeing Invoice entry, processing and verification of invoices which will be managed by the business services centre in the UK. Managing national billing scheduling. Reconciliation of vendor ledgers and vendor cards. Delivering a high standard of reporting relating to Accounts Payable, Scanning and Billing. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, National Accounts payable policies and associated strategies. Deliver high quality Customer Service to all internal and external stakeholders by delivering in a timely manner and within defined time frames. Ensure that the accounts payable function maintains a high level of involvement, visibility and active communication cross functionally by engaging with various stakeholders. Manage recruitment requirements within the team, mentor, train and develop and cross train team members to be able to deliver high levels of performance. This role is a great fit for you because: You have built a solid career within Accounts Payable and are very proud of your achievements and track record within the building and allied industry. You are a strong leader who has successfully built and managed teams that have continuously evolved to meet demanding business requirements. You have a 5-10 years' experience in Accounts Payable. Diploma/ degree qualification in accounting or related discipline.
