Accounts Payable Assistant

Our client, based in Port Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Accounts payable assistant to join their close-knit team during  December and January. This role will report to the Finance Manager and be integral to the day-to-day finance operations.

What you will do: Daily data-entry Processing of supplier payments Processing of staff claims Managing the AP inbox Periodic AP report generation Who you will be: An experienced Accounts Payable Assistant A proficient user of SAP Someone who picks up new processes quickly You will have a high attention to detail You will have excellent communication skills   
This is a short-term temporary role commencing at the end of November. This is an office-based role, with no WFH.
