The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier accounts, providing accurate end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable services, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer account information is up-to-date and accurate.
As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer, you will play a key role within the team and reporting into the Finance Manager.
Your main responsibilities will involve: Managing supplier accounts effectively and efficientlyProviding accurate End-to-End Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, remittance adviceDelivering precise Accounts Receivable services such as reconciliations, debtor collections, credit applicationsHandle company credit cards, perform reconciliations and process employee reimbursementsReconciling balance sheets for receivables, payables and ensuring accuracy at all timesProcessing a high volume of invoices promptly and accuratelyAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes as necessaryCollaborate with internal departments to keep customer account information up-to-dateThe ideal candidate for this position will bring proven experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
