The Accounts Payable Analyst undertakes accounts payable functionality such as managing vendor invoices, getting approvals from PO owners, inputting invoicing data, preparing journal entries, and managing the local cash.
The position is key for customer billing and receipts.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Manage invoice mailbox and processing in SAP Managing the workflow of invoices through local approval and CONUS processing/payment Management of site cash and float requirements Preparation of journals to corporate (weekly & monthly) Perform all required clerical duties necessary in area of assignment Organize, file and maintain records in an up-to-date condition Ensure compliance with all site's environmental health and safety requirements Any other reasonable duties as requested QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Essential Year 12 completion Desirable Undergraduate degree Equivalent demonstrated experience TICKETS AND LICENCES Minimum Essential Drivers License EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS – Minimum Essential Minimum Essential Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with varied stakeholders Experience with MS Office operating system Detail oriented WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDS The position is desk based and sedentary in nature, the ability to lift items up to 5kgs may be required occasionally.
