The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance Team. In this role you'll provide vital support in various financial activities, ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliations, and administrative assistance.
This role will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and a team player!
Responsibilities will include: Performing accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.Processing journal entries, ensuring proper coding and documentation.Conducting regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.Providing administrative assistance to the financial team.Collecting and reviewing financial data to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.Auditing credit card transactions, taxation records, and asset documentation for accuracy and completeness.Skills and Experience Proven experience in accounts payable, administration or a similar roleStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasksExcellent accuracy and attention to detail in all tasksHigh level communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office SuiteIf you're a team player who thrives on hard work, brings a positive attitude, and embraces every opportunity to learn apply today or call Pam Leane for a confidential conversation: To uphold our core value of "Everybody Safe Everyday" a pre-employment medical and police check will be required to be successful in this role.
