This role involves processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring that all payments are made on time. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Role & Responsibilities:Process invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies.Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes, and ensure appropriate authorization for payments.Verify and reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.Prepare and execute payment runs.Maintain the accounts payable ledger and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Assist in month-end closing processes, including the preparation of accruals and adjustments.Skills & Experience:Proven experience in a high volume, accounts payable or a similar finance role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, particularly during month-end and year-end closings.Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance standards.Familiarity with ERP systems or AP automation tools and international payment systems is a plus.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
