Company Our client is  a commercial joinery company currently seeking an Accounts Payable / Administration Officer to join their team at their Carrum Downs office. Your role will also include some variety, with various admin tasks.
Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
End to End Accounts Payable, processing and reconciling monthly invoices & statements in a timely and accurate mannerBank reconciliationsCreditor statement reconciliationsPreparing and processing of Monthly Compliances and Superannuation ContributionsData entry and filingProcessing office related invoicesFollowing up supplier queriesDaily payment runs Liaising with internal departmentsGeneral receptionist duties (phone calls, orders etc)To succeed in this role you will have:
Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable Strong Attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with MYOB (not essential) Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task and manage deadlinesSuccessful applicants will also be rewarded with ongoing training, personal development opportunities.
