About the Role:  Reporting to the State Manager (DMF), you will play a crucial role in upholding the standards and ensuring the success of our operations in NSW. Your responsibilities will include:
Supplier Bill processing and recording in MYOB.Preparation of ABA payment files.Correspondence with suppliers regarding bills and payment terms.Reconciliation of creditors' statements.Bank reconciliation through bank statements.Process staff expenses and credit card transactions.Proactively look for and implement process improvements in the Accounts functions.Ensure payroll is complied and processed both accurately and punctually.General administration in relation to your role.Requirements for Success:          A strong understanding and experience in accounts processes.         Must have current knowledge/experience in the use of MYOB.         Proficiency with using Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook). This is a part-time office-based position Approx. 24 hours Per Week (3 Day Week)
